1. It stretches ligaments producing spurring and arthritis.
2. The out of place spinal bone produces pressure on the disc (pad), gringing it down and rupturing it.
3. The glides (facets) are jammed together causing degeneration and arthritis.
4. The nerve holes (foramen) are narrowed and pinch the nerves emitting through them.

6. This pain prduces a spasm.

-The discs rely on the pumping action for fluids and nourishment.
-Without the pumping action the discs will rot away.
-Degeneration and arthritis is the result.
9. The misaligned spinal bones also kink the vertebral arteries cutting off the blood supply to the head causing headaches and dizziness.
10. The spinal bones in the upper part of the neck kink forward causing the muscles of the upper neck to go into spasm.
-The spasm squeezes the nerves that go over the back of the head causing greater occipital syndrome headaches.
